REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
VIOLATION OF POLICIES
Anyone who attempts to violate our policies will also be subject to legal proceedings and will have to answer to a complaint for attempted fraud.
Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and will have to answer to a claim from our company.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot make refunds or exchanges.
In order to be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of products cannot be returned. For example, perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or hygienic products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

* Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

If it's approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

The transport costs arising from the return will be at your expense. They are not refundable. In the event of a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your payment.
Depending on your place of residence, the delivery time for the exchanged product may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than 50 euros, we recommend that you use a tracking service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
