Once the product has been shipped, any attempt to cancel an order or obtain a refund from your financial institution without contacting us will be considered FRAUD and you will have to respond to a claim from our company.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using your order number and email address in the *Track My Order* section of our website.
What are the delivery times for your products?
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours, although sometimes it can take up to 72 hours. Your order will then be handed over to the courier within 5-10 business days (depending on periods, promotions and courier service).
Is delivery free?
It depends on several factors (promotions, periods, etc.). If delivery is free, we will indicate this on our website.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently deliver mainly to Europe. Please check the list of countries available for delivery when you place your order.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our facilities are located in France. Our international warehouse is located in China. However, following our recent evolution, we plan to launch our next collections from a warehouse in France, which will allow us to deliver to France in less than 7 days.
I have not received all the items in my order, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, two deliveries will be made. The rest of your order is likely to arrive shortly.
I have received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are very sorry. Please send us a message via the contact form on the website, by email or by chat and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
What is the quality of the products you offer?
Our products are carefully manufactured by professionals and we prioritize the quality of the materials used to create quality products.
What forms of payment are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal. However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or wire transfers.
How can I return a product?
